TECHNICAL DETAILS OF THE LIFT KIT.

These lift spring spacers and strut extensions are crafted from premium-grade polyurethane, a material widely used in automotive suspension systems for its exceptional quality and longevity.

Polyurethane ensures that the lift kit maintains its durability over time. The inserts, which allow for precise installation of the spacers onto the strut mounting plates, are made from high-strength steel.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THE Seksuspension™ LIFT KIT? 

SPACER SET : Includes shock absorber and spring spacers, designed for both front and rear suspension. Typically, two spacers are used for the front, and two or four spacers for the rear, depending on the vehicle’s suspension configuration.

METAL MOUNTING HARDWARE : High-quality, zinc-coated steel bolts that are longer than the original ones, intended for spacer installation. The set also includes nuts and, if necessary, washers.

STRUT EXTENSION BOLTS : Stainless steel bolts designed to extend the travel of the shock absorber. These bolts compensate for the increased ride height, ensuring your suspension works smoothly.

Volvo XC 60 Suspension Leveling Kit : We offer kits that allow for a height increase ranging from 20 to 40 mm. If you only wish to lift one end of the vehicle side, simply choose the height and specify whether it's for the front or rear. The kit comes with all necessary components, adjusted based on your chosen height and suspension type.

HOW TO SELECT THE RIGHT HEIGHT :

While an increase of 10 or 20 mm might not sound significant, we suggest measuring the gap between your wheel and the wheel arch to determine the precise lift you need for your XC 60. Keep in mind that the results often exceed expectations, so choose carefully.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS :

There are two installation methods:

1. No Shock Absorber Disassembly Required: This method is quick and easy. Simply detach the strut from the vehicle, insert the spacer, and secure it with longer bolts. The spring also just needs to be compressed to install the spacer. Within an hour or so, your car will be raised and ready with additional ground clearance.

1. Partial Shock Absorber Disassembly : This method is slightly more involved but still straightforward. It requires you to remove the shock absorber’s mounting plate to insert the spacer. Compressing the spring will be necessary for this step.

Ultimately, this is a simple process. You won’t need to replace your shock absorbers, springs, or any other suspension components. With these spacers, you can easily elevate your vehicle without breaking the bank while maintaining your original suspension.
